Our mission comes to life through meaningful partnerships with native cultural practitioners who lead immersive experiences and vital land restoration projects. Over the years, our efforts have centered on hosting Outdoor Education Camps and cultural immersions for the youth of Maui, and inclusive to creating unique experiences for the visitors that come to Maui. Now, we are evolving our focus towards regenerative land use management and practices for the benefit .

 

We aim to achieve this transformation by collaborating with cultural practitioners and experts in ecological restoration, regenerative farming, and sustainable business practices. “Growing a Regenerative Economy” (GRE) together, we are creating enduring regenerative systems that will benefit Maui for generations to come. Makoa Quest, in partnership with existing land-based farm and community projects that integrate production, distribution, and growth strategies, will showcase the practical steps necessary to establish and sustain regenerative land systems, that help the community and beautify our landscape. At the core of this endeavor are pilina (relationships) kuleana (responsibility) and lokahi (unity).
